About Us
Kevin + Jane Wain
Kevin and Jane are a husband and wife team who took over the Track House from the previous owner in 2018.
We feel very proud of our business and have really enjoyed the interaction with our cusomers.
Kevin is an experienced fitter and has visited many of our customers to fit poles, tracks and blinds. He's also out and about advising and measuring the doors and windows of the local area. He then prepares the estimates, creates the making notes, putting in place the details to complete your order. "This is a special position to be in, being involved in helping customers transform their home with new curtains and blinds. It's something I really enjoy".
Debra Hill
Debra is the office manager and started with the Track House in April 2026. The smooth running of the office is her domain, and she will usually be your first contact when phoning in. Debra comes with a wealth of knowledge and great customer service skills after running her own business for many years.
If you visit the showroom, she will be sitting to your right, she's now developing hers skills with fabrics so she can help you with the large selection of fabric books in the showroom.
Jane WAIN
As well as being a partner in the business Jane is a key member of our showroom staff.
Jane is responsible for the day to day running of the Curtain Emporium. "We are always amazed at the quality and volume of curtains that come through our door. As well as offering our customers a great range of 'pre-loved' curtains, it feels like we are doing something positive in giving them a second life."
Jane has a good eye for fabrics and fabric combinations and knows the fabric books inside out.
Angela Dexter
We welcome Angela to our team who will be working upstairs in our sewing room. Angela is very experienced in making curtains, Romans and other soft furnishings.
Tina Lindley
We welcome Tina to our Track House team; she comes with a wealth of experience in the soft furnishings industry and will be a great asset to our team. She will be advising customers on all their soft furnishing requirements including home visits, measuring and producing estimates. So, you may hear a new voice when ringing in or when visiting our showroom.
Steve Counsell
Steve joined our the team in May 2026 to replace John, who is now enjoying his retirement. He will be a part time fitter who lives fairly local, and is starting to find his way around all the villages in the vicinity. Steve is also a musician and enjoys meeting lots of new people. He is very competent in fitting blinds and hanging all your beautiful curtains, as well as fitting any tracks and poles.
