KEVIN + JANE WAIN
Kevin and Jane are a husband and wife team who took over the Track House from the previous owner in 2018. Kevin is usually out and about fitting and measuring, enjoying the delightful Cotswold villages, while Jane is more office based. They both really enjoy meeting and chatting to the wide variety of people who come through the door each day.
Emma is the office manager and has been with the Track House since 2002. The smooth running of the office is her domain, and she never forgets a face! When customers telephone it is usually Emma they speak to, and with her vast knowledge of all our product ranges she will ensure all your needs are met. (Emma also keeps a stash of dog biscuits under the desk so feel free to bring the pooch too!)
Rachel is our design consultant and has been with the Track House since 2016. Rachel’s eye for detail and passion for beautiful fabrics will help turn your windows into truly stunning showcases. Regardless of whether you know exactly what you want, or have no idea – or anything in between! – Rachel can guide you and advise on the best solution for your individual needs.
Rachel is available for home visits, where she will come and assess your existing soft furnishings and measure up, or alternatively, here in our showroom.
Sue is one of our part time seamstresses and has almost 30 years experience making curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. Sue is very detail orientated and all her curtains are beautifully finished.
Natalia joined the Track House early in 2019 and is a part time seamstress. Natalia is an expert at altering curtains from the Emporium, and also making from new. Both her and Sue beaver away in our sewing room upstairs, rarely seen but producing lovely piped cushions, roman blinds and of course curtains.
Andrew is our part time fitter and has been with the Track House since 2015. Andrew is an expert at fitting all your poles, tracks and blinds, as well as hanging your curtains and ensuring you are happy with the end result before he leaves. (Just make sure he has plenty of tea and takes all his tools with him before he leaves!)
